Teamwork is so important. Growing up, every team sport and group project was touted as a “team building experience” that we needed as we got older. On a Web Team where everyone knows what they should be doing, all tasks have a go-to-guy and nobody has to worry about stepping on a colleague’s toes.
Every Web team has its own take on dividing up roles and responsibilities and implementing processes for design and development. But the best teams I’ve encountered have one important thing in common: their team structure and processes cover a full range of distinct competencies necessary for success.
